Superb central location, just steps from the zócalo and local nightlife. The staff was kind and helpful. The cleanliness was great. Morning breakfast was decent and the little balcony added a nice touch to our stay.

Appreciated our stay, had great 10 days overall. Super-friendly and accommodating staff we were amazed with. The location was good, just 5 minutes walk from Zocalo Square. In general the service was good.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Double Room with Two Double Beds. The location was fantastic, just steps away from attractions. The shower was amazing and the breakfast was just fine. Staff service met my expectations and the AC worked well, keeping the room cool.

The room was wheelchair accessible with air conditioning and a little balcony. There was a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The super nice team and accommodating. I felt very welcome with all the amenities like a tv, coffee machine, and safety deposit box. Everything was clean and neat.

The hotel is amazing location. We enjoyed the coffee available early in the morning and the breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

My wife says that the bathroom could use a little more space for the kids.
